BRAD S. MARGOLIS,
ESQ. graduated from Hartwick College in 1979,
where he concentrated in pre-law. Mr. Margolis received
his Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from New England School
of Law, in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Margolis has
practiced General Practice of law for the last 18 years
with emphasis on Family law and Bankruptcy law. Mr.
Margolis is registered to practice before the U.S.
Tax Court, the Federal Court, and is a Bar member of
New York State.

The law office of Brad S. Margolis was
founded in 1984. Our first office was located in Utica,
New York. Our second Office in Watertown, New York opened
in 1997. Our firm has played an important role in participating
in the evolution and growth of the communities we serve;
and has been the basis for cases in Joint Custody Law
and Child Abuse and other noteworthy cases we have won.
Our motto is high quality work products at reasonable legal fees. Our locations
in some of upstate smaller cities allow us to offer quality legal services
at low rates. Our office has, from its start, handled general practice of law
with a strong emphasis on bankruptcy and family law.
